You may return most new, unused items within 90 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be returned unused, in its original condition, in the original packaging and all component parts must be included.
If you need to return an item, simply log in to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Once we receive the item, we will issue you with a refund or send you a replacement, depending on your preference.
You should expect to receive your refund within 1 week of your package being returned to us however bank processing times can vary.

You must include a copy of your invoice and a covering note explaining the reason for return so that we can deal with your return as efficiently as possible.
It is your responsibility to make sure the item is well packaged and to cover the cost of return to us.
