Estimated Dispatch and Delivery Times:

Order Processing & Dispatch Times

  • All ‘In Stock’ orders placed before 2pm GMT, will be dispatched the same day using the shipping service you select at checkout occasionally due to warehouse constraints this may not be possable but we will always endevour our best to do so. 

  • Orders placed after 2pm or during weekends will be dispatched the next working day.

 


Items Marked ‘Dispatches in X Days’

Some items are stored in our overflow warehouse. These will be marked with a message such as ‘Dispatches in 1–2 days’. This means it takes the stated number of days to transfer the item to our main warehouse before dispatch.

Your total delivery time will be: Dispatch time (X days) + Delivery time for the chosen shipping method.

Example:
If an item says ‘Dispatches in 1–2 days’ and you choose DPD 48-Hour Delivery, the total estimated delivery time will be 2–4 days.


Backorder & Preorder Items

For Backorder or Preorder items, the same logic applies.
We will bring the item into stock within the stated number of days (X days) and then dispatch it using your selected delivery method.


Important Notes

Delivery days exclude weekends, bank holidays, and public holidays, as our delivery partners do not operate on these days.

   

         DPD     

 

  • All UK orders are shipped using a fully tracked 48-hour service via Royal Mail or DPD, depending on the item size:

  • Small and medium items are sent using Royal Mail 48 Tracked.

  • Large items are shipped via DPD 48.

  • If you choose our Priority Shipping option, your delivery will be automatically upgraded to the DPD 48-hour service.


    Tracking & Delivery Times

    All orders are fully tracked, and tracking details will be sent to you via email once your order is dispatched.

    Most deliveries arrive within 3 to 5 working days, but please note that delivery times are beyond our control.


    Delivery Information

  • Signatures are no longer required by either Royal Mail or DPD.

  • If someone is home, the parcel will be handed over.

  • If no one is available, the parcel will be left in a safe place, at the driver's discretion.

  • It is your responsibility to ensure someone is available to accept the delivery, or to reschedule it using the delivery apps or websites:

  • DPD: MyDPD App

  • Royal Mail: Royal Mail App

  • You can also change the delivery address to a work address or more convenient location at any time through these apps.


    Liability

    Once a parcel has been marked as delivered—whether handed over or left in a safe place—we are not liable for any loss, theft, or damage.

    We are unable to make a claim for a lost parcel after it has been delivered. Please make suitable arrangements to manage your delivery.
