Bought this as a first rod in 20 odd years, found it to be nice and easy to use and store away. Caught a couple of 6 to 7lb carp and enjoyed playing them. Handle is comfortable, reel securely screws to the rod and it is well balanced in your hands. Nice piece of kit for the occasional waggler fisherman for the price. Could do with more tips but can't complain really!
