These double-extending telescopic rods offer the shortest pack down size for a two-piece 12' rod we can think of. For anglers who embrace the Opportunist style of fishing, we've developed this hardcore range of rods that aren't additional rods in your armoury, they're your first choice for big fish hunting. Designed to work just as well on running water as stillwaters, the Opportunist XTND+ rods combine high-modulus carbon blanks with Minima-style guides, slim cork handles and anti-frap tip guides. To add to the existing series of 10' rods that pack down to the same size as an 8' two-piece rod, the new 12' versions are double-extending telescopic, meaning they still have a compact transport length.
