Terms & Conditions
MAIL ORDERS
Whenever you post in an order to us, please remember to always include a covering note with a list of the items you wish to order, together with your full name and address and a contact telephone number. We do occasionally receive envelopes with only a cheque or postal order inside, which can be a little confusing!
DELIVERY ADDRESS
It is our policy, in the interests of fraud prevention, to despatch all mail orders from first-time customers paid by credit or debit card to the registered cardholder’s address. If our processing software fails to match the address provided, we may require a physical proof of address before despatching any order. We will be very happy to despatch subsequent orders to a separate delivery address if required.
RETURNS
UNWANTED GOODS
We are more than happy to exchange an unwanted item, provided it is returned unused, in it's original condition and in the original packaging within 7 days of delivery. All component parts must be included. We cannot issue postage refunds in such circumstances.
If you wish to return a product please email returns@fishingtackleandbait.co.uk and let us know the item is coming back to us.
We will need the following details:
- Order Number
- Full Name and Address
- Telephone Number
- Email Address
Notes:
You must include a copy of your invoice and a covering note explaining the reason for return, so that we can deal with your return as efficiently as possible.
It is your responsibility to make sure the item is well packaged and to cover the cost of return to us.
We recommend that you use recorded or special delivery as we cannot be liable for any loss or damage in transit.
ERRORS
If we have made an error with your order, we will rectify it as soon as possible and cover the cost of any postage, provided the item is returned unused, in it's original condition and in the original packaging within 7 days of delivery. All component parts must be included too.

WARRANTY CLAIMS & REFUNDS
Please remember to inspect your delivery carefully and notify us of any damage within 24 hours. If an item has been damaged in transit we will replace it as quickly as we can.
All products carry at least a 12 month warranty against faults and defects under reasonable operating conditions. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
If you feel that your purchase has a fault or is defective, then please contact us before returning any goods - we may be able to solve your problem without you incurring any postage costs.
If you wish to return a faulty or defective item, please email returns@fishingtackleandbait.co.uk and let us know the item is coming back to us. We cannot issue postage refunds in such circumstances.

Items will be inspected by a manufacturer’s representative before a replacement or repair is authorised.
